Who is responsible

What data we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email, company or website (optional), the type of project and your message. Our hosting and CDN providers also process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your message.

Why and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6.1.b GDPR: pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6.1.a: your consent when you send the form).
  • To keep the site secure and working (Art. 6.1.f GDPR: legitimate interest).

We do not take automated decisions or build profiles about you.

How long we keep it

While we handle your request and, afterwards, for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless we start working together (then we keep what is needed while the relationship lasts and for the legal periods afterwards).

Who receives it

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be processed, under contract, by providers that make the site work: hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.), the form service (FormSubmit) and email. All scripts of this site are served from its own domain.

If any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we only use it with appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection regarding your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to andresrmartin95 [at] gmail.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not aimed at children. In Spain, consent from people under 14 requires their parents or guardians.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
